Illumined Analytics ("we," "us," or "our") operates the EliteEdge website and application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit this website.
The EliteEdge application, where you create an account and manage your subscription, is hosted separately at app.eliteedgefb.com. Information you provide there — including account details, billing information, and your uploaded play data — is governed by the privacy policy presented within the application.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
This website is informational. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, payment information, or precise location on this site. Links to the EliteEdge application take you to a separate service where you may choose to provide that information.
Referral links. Some links to this site carry a referral code, for example from a coach, clinic, or partner who told you about EliteEdge. When you arrive through one of those links, your browser sends that code, along with any campaign name attached to the link, to the EliteEdge application at app.eliteedgefb.com. This lets us credit a subscription you later start to whoever referred you. If the link you followed carries no referral code, nothing is sent.
That request contains the referral code and campaign name, not anything you have told us. Like any request your browser makes to any website, it also reveals your IP address and browser type. It goes only to our own application, never to an advertiser.
Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how this website is used — how many people visit, which pages they view, roughly where in the world they are, and which link or referral code brought them here. This tells us whether the site is working, not who you are. We do not upload your name, email address, or any other identifying detail to Google Analytics, and we have not enabled Google's advertising or cross-site remarketing features.
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include in your message and use it only to respond to you.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
A referral code is used for two purposes: to credit a subscription to the person or organization that referred you, and to tell us how much traffic that referral link brought to this website. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not use it for advertising.
Analytics data is used to measure and improve this website — which pages hold attention, where visitors come from, and whether a change we made helped.
Any email correspondence you send us is used solely to answer your question or provide the support you requested.
3. DATA SHARING
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to any third party, and we do not share it with third-party advertisers.
The analytics described in Section 1 are provided by Google, which processes that data on our behalf and under its own privacy terms. You can read how Google handles data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
4. COOKIES AND TRACKING
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to recognize a returning visit and to tell one visit apart from another. These are used only to produce the aggregate usage statistics described in Section 1. We set no cookies for advertising, and we do not use trackers that follow you across other websites.
The referral request described in Section 1 also carries any cookie the EliteEdge application has already set in your browser, which is how a referral is matched to a later sign-up. Those cookies belong to app.eliteedgefb.com and are governed by the privacy policy presented within the application.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on every website by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on. This website works normally either way.
5. DATA SECURITY
We take reasonable measures to protect any information you send us from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
We retain email correspondence only for as long as needed to respond to and record your request. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email address below. We will process your request promptly. Deletion of an EliteEdge account and its associated data is handled through the application, as is the retention of the referral records described in Section 1.
Website analytics data is retained for no more than 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically. Because that data is not linked to your name or email address, we generally cannot identify your individual records in order to retrieve or delete them on request — the browser opt-out described in Section 4 is the practical way to keep your visits out of it entirely.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
- Unsubscribe from our communications at any time.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
EliteEdge is designed for use by high school football coaches and staff, not by minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
